Body: In the shower or bath, gently pump into your hands and lather. Massage over decolletage and body and rinse thoroughly with warm water.

Pregnancy Safe? Yes absolutely safe during pregnancy and beyond. We have lots of pregnant ladies who use this spray for aches and pains, restless legs and sleep.
I have eczema, will this be ok? Yes absolutely, this wash is made with no harsh preservatives, is pH balanced and formulated with numerous naturally occurring lipids to hydrate and repair the skins barrier. We do recommend a patch test as with all new products, and should an irritation occur please discontinue use and see your health care professional.
