Magnesium Oil 125mL, Magnesium & Vitamin E Cream 100mL & Magnesium & White Tea Body Wash 350mL
Magnesium Oil: Apply two to three sprays to the affected area (anywhere that feels sore and tight) and gently rub in. It may be left on the skin for maximum absorption or washed off after 20 minutes.
It’s also a popular choice used by many for massages due to Magnesium’s natural properties.
You may feel a slight tingle when applying this product. The sensation will ease but can also be alleviated by applying a moisturiser between the spray and your skin. Discontinue use if rash or irritation occurs.
Do not apply to broken skin. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes.
Magnesium & Vitamin E Cream: Who doesn't love a multipurpose product, this can be used on your body or face!
Face: Apply roughly half a teaspoon after daily skincare routine both morning and night.
Body: Apply a small amount to wherever needs some hydration and TLC.
Magnesium & White Tea Wash:
Hands: When needed, gently pump into hands and lather. Massage into hands for at least 20 seconds, then rinse thoroughly. Perfect to keep at the kitchen sink and / or bathroom sink to prevent dryness associated with frequent hand washing.
Body: In the shower or bath, gently pump into your hands and lather. Massage over decolletage and body, then rinse thoroughly with warm water. We like to leave it on for a minute or two (make it the first step in your shower routine) to allow the magnesium to soak in and work its magic.

COMMON QUESTIONS:
Can I use this on my children? You can but we recommend doing a patch test first as children's skin is up to 12 times thinner than adults and it may tingle. It tingles when I apply the Magnesium Oil? This is normal if you haven't used Magnesium Oil before and also if you have dry skin. We recommend using our Magnesium Balmwhich won't tingle when applied but will give you the benefits of Magnesium you are looking for.
