You may feel a slight tingle when applying this product. This is a sign of a Magnesium deficiency within the body and is completely normal. How to use:
Apply two to three sprays to the affected area and gently rub in. It may be left on the skin for maximum absorption or washed off after 20 minutes.
It’s also a popular choice used by many for massages due to Magnesium’s natural properties.
Do not apply to broken skin. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes.
COMMON QUESTIONS:
Pregnancy Safe? Yes absolutely safe during pregnancy and beyond. We have lots of pregnant ladies who use this spray for aches and pains, restless legs and sleep.
Can I use this on my children? You can but we recommend doing a patch test first as children's skin is up to 12 times thinner than adults and it may tingle. It tingles when I apply? This is normal if you haven't used Magnesium Oil before and also if you have dry skin. We recommend using our Magnesium Balm which won't tingle when applied but will give you the benefits of Magnesium you are looking for.
