HOW TO USE:
BATH: Start by lighting your candle and running a hot bath. Add up to half a packet of the pure Magnesium Bath Salts. Add a couple of pumps of the Beauty Sleep Wash to the running water to give you luxurious aromatherapy bubble experience. Relax for 20 minutes. Pat dry and apply the Beauty Sleep Balm to your sore shoulders and neck, inhaling the relaxing scent of lavender to calm the mind. Spray 2-3 sprays of the Beauty Sleep Spray onto your feet before bed and drift off to sleep.

COMMON QUESTIONS:
Pregnancy Safe? Yes absolutely safe during pregnancy and beyond. We have lots of pregnant ladies who use these products for aches and pains, restless legs and sleep.
Can I use this on my children? You can but we recommend doing a patch test first as children's skin is up to 12 times thinner than adults and it may tingle. We have developed a Baby and Kids Magnesium Balm which has all the benefits of Magnesium but no tingle as it's full of naturally occurring lipids, click Little by The Base Collective Magnesium, Lavender and Chamomile Balm 100g to see more.
It tingles when I apply? This is normal if you haven't used Magnesium Oil before and also if you have dry skin. We recommend using our Beauty Sleep Balm first and working up to the Beauty Sleep Spray over a couple nights if you are not used to topical Magnesium.
