HOW TO USE:
Apply two to three sprays to the affected area (anywhere that feels sore and tight) and gently rub in. It may be left on the skin for maximum absorption or washed off after 20 minutes.
It’s also a popular choice used by many for massages due to Magnesium’s natural properties.
You may feel a slight tingle when applying this product. The sensation will ease but can also be alleviated by applying a moisturiser between the spray and your skin. Discontinue use if rash or irritation occurs.
Do not apply to broken skin. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes.

COMMON QUESTIONS:
Pregnancy Safe? Yes absolutely safe during pregnancy and beyond. We have lots of pregnant ladies who use this spray for aches and pains, restless legs and sleep.
Can I use this on my children? You can but we recommend doing a patch test first as children's skin is up to 30% thinner than adults and it may tingle. We have developed a Baby and Kids Magnesium Balm which has all the benefits of Magnesium but no tingle as it's full of naturally occurring lipids, click Little by The Base Collective Magnesium, Lavender and Chamomile Balm 100g to see more.
Can I use this on my fur baby (my cat or dog)? Yes you can. The Magnesium we use is safe for dogs and if they happen to lick it won't hurt them. Perfect for achy dogs and also to calm them down!
It tingles when I apply? This is normal if you haven't used Magnesium Oil before and also if you have dry skin. We recommend using our Magnesium Balm which won't tingle when applied but will give you the benefits of Magnesium you are looking for.
Can I use this Magnesium Oil for my dog? Yes absolutely! We have a lot of dog owners who use it for older dogs with arthritis or dogs who are anxious to help calm them down. A couple sprays, ideally on the skin not fur (similar to how you apply worm gel) and don't worry if they lock as it's food grade.

I have a thyroid condition that gives me very achy legs in bed at night and these products have really helped.No night leg pain at all.I did feel like I was using too much product though in spraying the oil on my entire legs but then read to spay a few pumps into my hand first then rub onto my legs.Great solution but I do find there is a bit of cast-off spray when i spray onto my hands.These products are really helping
