Excellent product helps relaxation prior to sleep.

This is my absolute favorite moisturizer, it smells so good and the magnesium really relaxes me. It’s great to put on before bed. Can’t rate highly enough!

As another reviewer commented, I didn't have high expectations either. I had previously tried a reputable company's shampoo bar and after one use, I threw it away. The Base Collective's Shampoo Bar was a welcome surprise. The bar lathers well and my itchy scalp settled down after one application. Thank you Base Collective.

I have been using Sleep Magnesium Spray, for a while now. I use it when I am feeling a little bit anxious. I find it relaxes me and, tend to sleep solid.
I also take it away with me on trips, which helps me settle into a new place.

58yr old menopausal overweight woman, feeling good, lot more energy and definitely not feeling bloated. Hopefully it kicks my metabolism into gear and start losing some weight soon.
