Within Australia

  • FREE shipping Australia-wide on orders $68

  • Optional Standard Shipping + Parcel Insurance available at checkout (for the rare event your parcel is lost)

Outside Australia

  • New Zealand: $5 NZD

  • All other countries: $14.95 AUD

Import Duties & Taxes

Any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees charged at delivery are the responsibility of the receiving customer.

1. You place your order
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email showing the delivery address you’ve provided. We’ll let you know when your order is preparing to ship — and yes, we’ll probably tell you how great you are. Because you are.

2. On the road
Your order is collected by Australia Post and begins its journey. You’ll receive another email with your tracking number once it’s on its way. (Tracking details can take a few hours to appear in the Australia Post system — totally normal.)

3. Delivery timeframes

  • Metro areas: typically 2–5 business days

  • Regional areas: up to 10 business days
