Works as advertised! Don't have cravings and not hungry! I haven't lost weight but I haven't gained any either!

I have been taking the Berberine for about 2 weeks and wow I’m sleeping in big blocks now usually I wake up every hour or 2 & now I can sleep for 5 hours go to the bathroom then sleep for another 3-4 hours.
My appetite & sugar cravings have certainly been reduced I haven’t noticed any weight loss yet but I’m hopeful.
I’m feeling great probably due to quality sleep.

I have only been taking for a week but it seems to of help with bloating and and puffiness
I’m going to buy more and continue on this healthy path

Well these are great.. my husband and I are both taking them. He has just had scans for blood flow in his leg but since taking these he hasn’t had as many issues as before.
Me? Gut issues have subsided.

I often put a clip in my hair to pull it back from my face after I was my hair. It always leaves a crinkle so thought to give this a go. Game changer. No bumps at all. Love them.

My children wondered where their Bluey soap is and wouldnt wash their hands, i emptied the magnesium hand wash into the empty bluey bottle, added the tiniest drop of green food colouring to make it fun, voila! To be honest, I didn’t have high expectations as other shampoo bars I have used were ok but nothing special. But this one is very nice, it gives a decent lather and cleans thoroughly but my hair feels soft and lasts well between washes.

The mg spray has been so useful for achy joints, relaxation and a very sound sleep. It's really great to know I have refills for your lovely products. Thankyou again
