This set includes our iconic Magnesium Oil Spray and Beauty Sleep Spray, which work to relieve tight and sore muscles, relax your mind and encourage restorative sleep - all in just a couple of sprays.
Suitable for all skin types, including sensitive and eczema-prone.
Magnesium Oil 125mL: Apply two to three sprays to the affected area (anywhere that feels sore and tight) and gently rub in. It may be left on the skin for maximum absorption or washed off after 20 minutes.
It’s also a popular choice used by many for massages due to Magnesium’s natural properties.
You may feel a slight tingle when applying this product. The sensation will ease but can also be alleviated by applying a moisturiser between the spray and your skin. Discontinue use if rash or irritation occurs.
Beauty Sleep Spray 100ml: Apply two to three sprays to the stomach or feet 20 minutes before bedtime for a night of deeply restorative sleep.
Do not apply to broken skin. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes.

Pregnancy Safe? Yes absolutely safe during pregnancy and beyond. We have lots of pregnant ladies who use this Balm for aches and pains, restless legs and sleep with the added benefit of the hydrating natural lipids to nourish the skin.
I have eczema, will this be ok? We do recommend, as with any new products a patch test first and if for some reason a reaction occurs to discontinue use and consult your health care professional.
Can I use this on my Restless Legs? Yes absolutely, we have lots of people who love it for this. We recommend spraying onto your legs before bed, and then keeping it on your bedside table so if you do wake with restless legs you can quickly grab and spray and go back to sleep. The key is consistency and using it every night to prevent the restless legs.

Where do you source your Magnesium from?
We use Magnesium chloride sourced from the Dead Sea as it is the source that has all the studies and data relating the the benefits of transdermal absorption and it is also considered to have a lower environmental impact compared to that from the Tibetan Plateau in China for several reasons:
