If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 90 days of placing your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
In fact, we are so certain that you’ll love The Base Collective’s skincare, that you can even return an opened product that you have trialled and deemed unsuitable for your skin within 90 days of placing your order.
