How to use:

Apply two to three sprays to the affected area and gently rub in. It may be left on the skin for maximum absorption or washed off after 20 minutes.

It’s also a popular choice used by many for massages due to Magnesium’s natural properties.

Do not apply to broken skin. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes.

You may feel a slight tingle when applying this product. This is a sign of a Magnesium deficiency within the body and is completely normal.
