I use the magnesium spray every night, I was having terrible leg cramps early mornings and have found this spray stops those cramps .

I have been using Sleep Magnesium Spray, for a while now. I use it when I am feeling a little bit anxious. I find it relaxes me and, tend to sleep solid.
I also take it away with me on trips, which helps me settle into a new place.
All the magnesium creams and sprays help a lot with my arthritis pain The added lavender is pleasant to use at night

This is a nice lightly scented cream I use on the soles of my feet and around my neck for gentle relief.
This company's products were recommended to me and l am not regretting purchasing the sleep spray. Definitely improved sleep and l just feel better in the morning. Am now waiting on skin care order. I intend you try more of the Base Collective range.
So far I believe it is helping me sleep & have only had one night where I woke up for over an hour, but it seems to definitely been help with my sleep behaviour. We order another one soon.
Sadly none of these products are helping me with my sleep and restless sleep troubles but I love the smell and applying them so I will continue to use the products as part of my self care routine 💚
Unsure if I notice the magnesium benefits but a beautiful no greasy cream with a not overpowering lavender scent to calm and relax.

I really love this product & use it more on my shins & feet as i have early onset Parkinson’s which has changed my walking causing my shins to be very tight along with sore feet. They have been a lot better in the morning when standing up since using it. Thankyou
