If you're unhappy with your purchase or have ordered the wrong product please:

Once received, The Base Collective team will gladly refund your order.
Please be aware that return costs are the responsibility of the customer and that all items being returned are the responsibility of the customer until received by The Base Collective
If there has been a mix up with your order please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be in touch as soon as possible to make it better.
Please be sure to include your name and order number when returning any products to enable us to issue a refund as soon as possible.
Please also be aware that our policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
