Luv Sleep Magnesium Spray

I’ve been using sleep magnesium spray for years now for restless legs. I’ve incorporated it into my bedtime routine & l love it, l love the lavender scent it signals wind down for me & relaxation & my sleep & restless legs have improved greatly since. Thank u base collective.

Comfort magnesium spray

I have been using Sleep Magnesium Spray, for a while now. I use it when I am feeling a little bit anxious. I find it relaxes me and, tend to sleep solid.
I also take it away with me on trips, which helps me settle into a new place.

MAGNESIUM SLEEP SPRAY

So far I believe it is helping me sleep & have only had one night where I woke up for over an hour, but it seems to definitely been help with my sleep behaviour. We order another one soon.

Sadly none of these products are helping me with my sleep and restless sleep troubles but I love the smell and applying them so I will continue to use the products as part of my self care routine 💚

Unsure if I notice the magnesium benefits but a beautiful no greasy cream with a not overpowering lavender scent to calm and relax.

I really love this product & use it more on my shins & feet as i have early onset Parkinson’s which has changed my walking causing my shins to be very tight along with sore feet. They have been a lot better in the morning when standing up since using it. Thankyou
