Pregnancy Safe? Yes absolutely safe during pregnancy and beyond. We have lots of pregnant ladies who use this spray for aches and pains, restless legs and sleep.

Can I use this on my children? You can but we recommend doing a patch test first as children's skin is up to 12 times thinner than adults and it may tingle. Can I use this on my fur baby (my cat or dog)? Yes you can. The Magnesium we use is safe for dogs and if they happen to lick it won't hurt them. Perfect for achy dogs and also to calm them down! 

It tingles when I apply? This is normal if you haven't used Magnesium Oil before and also if you have dry skin. We recommend using our Magnesium Balm which won't tingle when applied but will give you the benefits of Magnesium you are looking for.
