I have eczema, will this be ok? We do recommend, as with any new products a patch test first and if for some reason a reaction occurs to discontinue use and consult your health care professional. 

Can I use this on my Restless Legs? Yes absolutely, we have lots of people who love it for this. We recommend spraying onto your legs before bed, and then keeping it on your bedside table so if you do wake with restless legs you can quickly grab and spray and go back to sleep. The key is consistency and using it every night to prevent the restless legs.
