This supplement is working wonders

I've been taking this for about 4 months now and my sleep has improved so much. I was having so much trouible going to sleep and staying asleep but this helps get me into a really deep sleep so I wake up feeling a lot more refreshed. Also I have noticed that my appetite has changed. I don't eat nearly as much as I used to and am craving less sugar. I highly recommend this product.

Have been taking for nearly 2 weeks. Trying to remember to take 20 minutes before meals as suggested on a clip I saw on social media. Not always easy. I'm taking for weight loss. Some results do far with careful eating. I will buy another bottle to keep going.

At over 60 years old I have struggled for many years with IBS but also sugar cravings. My IBS is now non existent - as is my diarrhoea episodes. I can now eat a wide range of foods with no reactions.
