If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 90 days of placing your order with us via our online store. You can return your product for store credita different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

 

In fact, we are so certain that you’ll love The Base Collective’s skincare, that you can even return an opened product that you have trialled and deemed unsuitable for your skin within 90 days of placing your order.

 

If you have bought your product from one of our amazing stockist, please return it to them with your receipt and they will be able to hep you obtain a refund.

 

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Email us at hello@thebasecollective.com including your full name and order number
  2. Return the product to us with your full name and order number at the address below, along with your consignment number of the package:
