You can use all your favourites how you like or follow our routine below:
Start by lighting the candle to set the mood and then start running a warm bath and add 1/2 a packet of our pure Magnesium Chloride Salts. For an extra indulgence add 4-5 pumps of Magnesium & White Tea wash to give gentle bubbles that will not only clean whilst you soak but remove dead skin cells and nourish your skin.
Follow with our Magnesium Cream with Vitamin E and Magnesium Spray onto all your achy muscles and feet to ensure you are relaxed, get a good dose of Magnesium and are ready to face whatever juggle is next.
Pregnancy Safe? Yes absolutely safe during pregnancy and beyond. We have lots of pregnant ladies who use this spray for aches and pains, restless legs and sleep.
Can I use this on my children? You can but we recommend doing a patch test first as children's skin is up to 12 times thinner than adults and it may tingle. We have developed a Baby and Kids Magnesium Balm which has all the benefits of Magnesium but no tingle as it's full of naturally occurring lipids, click Little by The Base Collective Magnesium, Lavender and Chamomile Balm 100g to see more.
It tingles when I apply? This is normal if you haven't used Magnesium Oil before and also if you have dry skin. We recommend using our Magnesium Balm which won't tingle when applied but will give you the benefits of Magnesium you are looking for.

A new bedtime routine must-have :)
I feel like this is aiding better sleep on my part - a couple sprays massaged into each foot before bedtime and my legs feel more relaxed. My toddler also looks forward to using a bit of "relaxing spray" on her feet each night and it has fast become a special part of our evening routine.

My eldest daughter was struggling to fall asleep every night it was taking 1-2 hours, I come across this and was hopeful it would slightly help, sure enough we spray her feet straight after a shower give her 10 minutes to let it set in before bed and she’s been falling asleep within 20 mins. We use Magnesium sourced from The Dead Sea (not the Tibetan Plateau which actually means it's from China) because this is where all the evidence lies for the benefits of Magnesium absorbed through your skin. We don't cut corners and ensure all our products align with our brand values of bringing the best Clean, Green and Safe products to help our customers.
2. All the products we use are 100% natural, no Sulphates, Parabens, Pegs or Mineral Oils. They are Vegan friendly not tested on animals and made in Australia.

Where do you source your Magnesium from?
We use Magnesium chloride sourced from the Dead Sea as it is the source that has all the studies and data relating the the benefits of transdermal absorption and it is also considered to have a lower environmental impact compared to that from the Tibetan Plateau in China for several reasons:
Sustainable Practices: The extraction process at the Dead Sea is highly regulated and utilises solar evaporation, which is a more environmentally friendly method. This process minimizes the use of chemicals and reduces the carbon footprint.
Geographic Factors: The Dead Sea is a naturally occurring hypersaline lake, which means the extraction of magnesium chloride from this source does not significantly alter the natural landscape or ecosystems. In contrast, mining in the Tibetan Plateau can disturb local ecosystems and potentially lead to habitat destruction.
Energy Efficiency: The warmer climate of the Dead Sea region allows for more efficient solar evaporation. This natural process is energy-efficient and reduces reliance on fossil fuels, leading to a smaller environmental footprint.
Regulatory Oversight: The Dead Sea region benefits from strict environmental regulations and oversight, ensuring that the extraction processes adhere to sustainable and eco-friendly practices. This level of regulation may not always be present in other regions.
