HOW TO USE:
Full body bath: Dissolve up to one full sachet into warm water. Soak for at least 20 minutes.
Foot bath: Dissolve two tablespoons into warm water. Soak for at least 20 minutes.

I love this magnesium spray because it really works, when I wake up in the middle of the night with pain in my legs I just spray some on my legs and rub it in I can feel relief in no time and back to sleep.

How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
