HOW TO USE:
Start by selecting your favourite play list or podcast to pair to the Bluetooth Shower speaker. The run a hot shower, lather your self with a couple of pumps of the Lemongrass and Hemp body wash, taking a couple of moments to inhale the invigorating aroma of this energising combination. After your shower, pat yourself dry and massage the Magnesium and White Tea Balm into any area that needs a good dose of Magnesium + Hydration (think elbows, legs, arms). Follow with the highly concentrated Magnesium Oil Spray on area's that are particularly sore, or up to 10 sprays onto the stomach for general Magnesium replenishment. Start the day feeling energised, relaxed and ready to tackle the day.
COMMON QUESTIONS:
Pregnancy Safe? Yes absolutely safe during pregnancy and beyond. We have lots of pregnant ladies who use this spray for aches and pains, restless legs and sleep.
Can I use this on my children? You can but we recommend doing a patch test first as children's skin is up to 12 times thinner than adults and it may tingle. We have developed a Baby and Kids Magnesium Balm which has all the benefits of Magnesium but no tingle as it's full of naturally occurring lipids, click Little by The Base Collective Magnesium, Lavender and Chamomile Balm 100g to see more.
It tingles when I apply? This is normal if you haven't used Magnesium Oil before and also if you have dry skin. We recommend using our Magnesium Balm which won't tingle when applied but will give you the benefits of Magnesium you are looking for.

We use Magnesium sourced from The Dead Sea (not the Tibetan Plateau which actually means it's from China) because this is where all the evidence lies for the benefits of Magnesium absorbed through your skin. 2. All the products we use are 100% natural, no Sulphates, Parabens, Pegs or Mineral Oils. They are Vegan friendly not tested on animals and made in Australia.

Where do you source your Magnesium from?
We use Magnesium chloride sourced from the Dead Sea as it is the source that has all the studies and data relating the the benefits of transdermal absorption and it is also considered to have a lower environmental impact compared to that from the Tibetan Plateau in China for several reasons:
Sustainable Practices: The extraction process at the Dead Sea is highly regulated and utilises solar evaporation, which is a more environmentally friendly method. This process minimizes the use of chemicals and reduces the carbon footprint.
Geographic Factors: The Dead Sea is a naturally occurring hypersaline lake, which means the extraction of magnesium chloride from this source does not significantly alter the natural landscape or ecosystems. In contrast, mining in the Tibetan Plateau can disturb local ecosystems and potentially lead to habitat destruction.
Energy Efficiency: The warmer climate of the Dead Sea region allows for more efficient solar evaporation. This natural process is energy-efficient and reduces reliance on fossil fuels, leading to a smaller environmental footprint.
Regulatory Oversight: The Dead Sea region benefits from strict environmental regulations and oversight, ensuring that the extraction processes adhere to sustainable and eco-friendly practices. This level of regulation may not always be present in other regions.

How long will it take to get my orders?
